KYIV: According to Russian authorities, automobile traffic over the Crimean bridge was momentarily halted on Saturday. Attacks, whether predicted or real, typically prompt such a measure.
Less than an hour later, police announced via a message on the Telegram messaging service that traffic had resumed. The bridge links Crimea, which Moscow took from Ukraine in 2014 but which Kyiv still regards as its territory, to mainland Russia.
